He began his business in June 2016 as a residential and commercial flooring contractor, gaining a firsthand experience with homeowners and local developers. Then he transitioned to fix-and-flips with investors, residential and commerical renovations. During this time, he began his ground-up construction company. Today he leverages his experience, knowledge and commitment to long-term value to deliver exceptional results on every project.

Focused and driven by achievement, Victoria is all about staying organized, serving others and helping them succeed. After completing her university education, she began working alongside Oleg in construction where she discovered her passion for business and development. Over the years, the company evolved into a real estate and new construction company. As a Realtor and licensed contractor and because of her hands-on experience in various trades, she takes on a unique position in land acquisition and sales, daily project administration and job-site systems.
