A blight city lot revitalized into 2 duplexes. Just check out the before and after! What used to be the eyesore in the Historic McKnight District in Springfield, MA for many years has now been transformed into 2 beautiful new construction duplexes. After subdividing the land, obtaining a variance and attending historic commission meetings, we successfully received the building permits. This project gave us experience and knowledge on how to interact with a commission that had zero new construction guidelines in historic districts. Both duplexes were under contract prior to CO. Buyers were able to tour the property with the realtor, see all stages of construction and learn why our properties stand out above the rest.
