As contractors, we do not assume that the end-user doesn’t care about quality just because of the property’s location and price-point, we always do our best to exceed expectations. It is not just about getting the house sold quickly but ultimately, the new owner needs to have confidence in the quality, long-term value and performance. Market response often reflects the level of investment made in the elements buyers value most! In other words, when key elements of a home are underlooked, extended time on market is a predictable outcome. This is where our expertise comes in - our approach is to strategically and proactively focus on buyer-driven priorities and market demand. On this project, we worked with the town’s code compliance procedures to add a 5th first-floor bedroom with a primary bathroom and walk-in closet which allowed us to efficiently utilize the existing square footage. We created an open-concept layout between the kitchen and dining room by installing an LVL beam. (Note to self: skip the bi-fold doors and go with the classic swinging closet doors).
